Q: How do I pick out a monument?

A: The best thing to do is go out to your cemetery and just look around. If you have your lots, imagine what would look good there and get an idea of the different types of memorials just by looking at others. We know all of the guidelines and restrictions to the different cemeteries and will be able to guide you with your decision. Call us to set up an appointment and we will help you through the process, making it as easy as possible.

Q: Will I get to see a drawing of what my memorial will look like before it's made?

A: You will receive a "full to scale" drawing of exactly what your memorial will look like. Mistakes do happen and this is why your signature is needed for formal approval. Check all spellings and make sure everything is the way you want it to appear etched in stone.

Q: How long does it take to make my memorial?

A: Many factors affect this, including the type of granite and how elaborate the monument is. Almost all monuments ordered from us are installed within two months. This isn't possible during the winter months because of the need for a foundation. All other times your footing will be installed within a matter of a few weeks, if not sooner. We know how important that is and why should you have to wait for service?

Q: Why do people order their memorials before they pass away?

A: This is something that more and more people are doing. The reason is so that the burden is taken off their children, both financially and emotionally. It's a very trying time when a loved one passes on and it's nice to have this part out of the way. Also, a lot of people want to see and design their own memorial. A monument is eternal and it's what everyone will remember you by, so why not have it the way that you want it?

Q: When do I pay for my monument?

A: This is something we are very flexible on. We know that everyone is in a different type of financial situation so we leave it up to our customer. We are so confident that you will love your memorial, we require you to pay nothing until it's just the way you envisioned it. If paying for it all at once isn't something you can do, we offer the flexibility of payment plans. Just ask and we will work with you.
